Information on Admission in the 2025/26 School Year

✭ Collection of application Forms (No quota):

✭ Distribution Period:

  1. Date: Start from  8/2024
  2. Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) / 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (Saturday)

✭ Return of Application Forms (No set quota):

  1. Date: Start from  8/2024
  2. Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) / 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (Saturday)
  3. Return method: Submit the application form in person / by post

[Submittion with the documents required (original documentation and duplication of a documentation including identity document, Vaccination Record Card, one recent passport photograph(not including application forms photograph), two of return envelops with sufficient postage ] ( duplication of a documentation apply to submit the application by post )

4. Application fee: HK$30 (to be collected together with the application form). The application fee is non-returnable whether the application is successful or not.

Application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

  1. Education Bureau (EDB) will implement the Free Quality Kindergarten Education policy starting  to replace the existing “Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme”. Under the new Scheme, EDB will use the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” as the document for registration in the 2025/26 school year.
  2. Parents are required to submit an application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “2025/26 RC”) to EDB from September to November 2024. The “2025/26RC” will be open for applications in September 2024 and EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto➔ EDB’s website in due course.

✭  Admission Criteria

  1. Interview performance
  2. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the school will be given due priority consideration
  3. The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes

(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)

✭  Interview Arrangements

  1. The school will arrange interview for all applicants
  2. Frist Round Interview:
  • The date of K1 interviews： 01/11/2024-08/11/2024
  • The date of N interviews：  01/11/2024-08/11/2024

(School will rearrange the date and time to interview if submission after first around of interview)

3. Group or individual interviews will be arranged

4. Parents should accompany their child for the interview

5. The school can arrange interpretation and/or translation services for non-chinese speaking children applicants as needed. Parents or relatives who understand Chinese can also accompany the child. If you need interpretation/translation services, please contact the school in advance at 2495 7897.

✭  Announcement of Admission Results

We will inform parents of the K1 and N class admission results in November 2024 by post.

✭  Registration Arrangements

  1. Successful applicants:

Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 2 January to 4 January 2025(“Centralized Registration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “2025/26 RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.

  1. Applicants on the waiting list:

The school will send a notification by post. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the “2025/26 RC” to the school and pay the registration fee.

  1. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2025/26 RC” during registration, the school may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
  1. The registration fee for 2025/26   K1 / N place is :

Half day class: HK$900.

Whole day class: HK$1,500.

Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the school in writing. The school will return the “2025/26 RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2025/26 RC”, the school will no longer keep the school place for the child.
